This tutorial was created using Psp vs 8, but I see no reason why it cannot be created using other versions of Psp.

Okay, let's get started on our tag! 1. Open your supplies in Psp and minimize to your Psp workspace for now. Change the background/fill color to Pattern and select the Paper15 as the current pattern. Angle is set to 0; Scale is set at 70. Null out the foreground/stroke color.
2. Activate the Text tool and select the BorderPics font Size 500; Vector; Anti-Alias. Type the lowercase letter "i" and click Apply. Objects/Align/Center in Canvas. Image/Rotate/Free Rotate. Rotate the dingbat shape by 90 degrees to the right. Layers/Convert to Raster Layer.
3. Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow using the settings shown below. Vertical 2; Horizontal 1; Opacity 65; Blur 5; Color Black
4. Restore the RibbonBow03 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Image/Resize. Resize the element by 65%; resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used. Drag the RibbonBow layer under the frame layer on your layer palette. Apply a drop shadow effect to the ribbon using the same settings as used in Step 3. Restore the tube that you will be using for your tag and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Position your tube as shown in header tag and apply a drop shadow effect using the same settings as used in Step 3 EXCEPT change the blur to 9.
5. Restore the WordLabel01 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Resize the WordLabel by 50% one (1) time and by 65% one (1) time. Image/Rotate/Free Rotate. Rotate the label by 20 degrees to the left. Apply the same drop shadow settings as used in Step 3. Position the label on the top left corner of the dingbat (see header tag).
6. Restore the Flower03 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Resize the flower by 50% two (2) times and by 65% one (1) time. Position the flower at the top left corner of the dingbat (see header tag). Apply the same drop shadow effect as used in Step 3. Restore the WordLabel02 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Image/Resize. Resize the WordLabel02 by 50% two (2) times. Image/Rotate/Free Rotate. Rotate the label by 20 degrees to the left. Apply the same drop shadow effect as used in Step 3. Position the label02 on the bottom right corner of the dingbat (see header tag). 7. Restore the Flower04 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Resize the flower by 50% two (2) times and by 65% one (1) time. Position the flower on top of the label02, which is on the bottom right corner of the dingbat. Apply the same drop shadow effect to the flower as used in Step 3. Image/Canvas Size. Change the width of the canvas to 750w and the height of the canvas to 850h. Click on the middle arrow in second row of arrows.
8. Restore the Doodle1 (black/white arrow) and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Image/Resize. Resize the doodle by 50% two (2) times and by 85% one (1) time. Image/Rotate/Free Rotate. Rotate the doodle by 110 degrees to the left. Position the doodle on the right side of your tag by the top corner (see header tag). Apply same drop shadow effect as used in Step 3. Layers/Duplicate. Image/Mirror. Move the duplicated arrow to the right side of the tag and position above the original arrow as shown in header tag. 9. Activate the Text tool and select the Weehah font Size 36; Vector; Stroke 0; Anti-alias. Set the background/fill color to black (#000000) and null out the foreground/stroke color. Type the words "It's All About" and click on the Apply button. Layers/Convert to Raster Layer. Apply a drop shadow effect to the text using the same settings as used in Step 3. Position the text above your tag (see header tag for example). Change the font size to 48 and type in the word "ME". Layers/Convert to Raster Layer. Position this word on the lower right side of your tag (see header tag for position). Apply same drop shadow effect as used in Step 3. Activate the Pen tool (Line style Dash; Width 4; Drawing mode; Vector) and draw a line across the top of your tag and down the right side of your tag (see header tag for example). Layers/Convert to Raster Layer. Erase any of the dashes that go over the top of your arrows. 10. Restore the Doodle02 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Resize the doodle by 50% three (3) times and by 75% one (1) time. Apply a drop shadow effect to the doodle using the same settings as used in Step 3. Image/Rotate/Free Rotate. Rotate the doodle by 20 degrees to the left. Position the doodle at the beginning of your text (see header tag). Layers/Duplicate. Image/Mirror. Position this doodle at the bottom of the word "ME" (see header tag). 11. Activate the white background layer of your tag. Restore the Paper10 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image. Select the gemsmask-160 from the drop box under the Source window. Source luminance is checked; Invert mask data is NOT checked. Layers/Merge/Merge Group.
12. Resize the mask layer by 85%. Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used. Lower the opacity of the mask layer to 50. Apply brush effects to the mask layer if desired. Add your name or text to your tag. For my name, I used the font Weehah. For the text fill I used the Paper15; for the text stroke I used the Paper12. Apply a drop shadow effect to your name using the same settings as used in Step 3. Position your name on your tag and go to Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten). Crop away any excess white space around your tag. Resize your tag if needed, and save in desired format.
