This tutorial was created using Psp vs. 9, but I see no reason why it cannot be created using other versions of Psp. This tutorial assumes that you have a working knowledge of Psp.

Okay, let's get started on our tag! 1. Open your supplies in Psp and minimize all but the Embellie28 (white square frame) to your Psp workspace. Shift+D to make a copy of the frame; close out the original frame. Image/Canvas Size. Change the width of the canvas to 800w and the height of the canvas to 850h.
2. Restore the Paper07 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the Paper07 by 50%. Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used. Layers/Arrange/Move Down. Activate the frame layer and apply a drop shadow effect using the settings shown below. Vertical 2; Horizontal 1; Opacity 55; Blur 6; Color Black
3. Restore the Paper02 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the Paper02 by 55%. Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom. Image/Rotate/Free Rotate. Rotate the paper by 20 degrees to the right. Apply a drop shadow effect to the paper using the same settings as before. Layers/New Raster Layer. Flood fill this layer with the color white (#FFFFFF). Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom. Restore the tube that you will be using for your tag - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Position your tube as shown in header tag. Resize your tube if needed. Apply a drop shadow effect to your tube using the same settings as used in Step 2 EXCEPT change the blur to 9.
4. Restore the Embellie37 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. On your layer palette, drag this layer so that it is between the white background and the rotated paper layers. Position towards the right side of your tag (see header tag). Lower the opacity to 46. Restore the Embellie10 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the Embellie10 by 85%. Position the Embellie10 on the left top corner of the frame. Apply a drop shadow to the Embellie 10 using the same settings as used in Step 2. 5. Restore the Embellie40 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the Embellie by 65% two (2) times. Position the ribbon on the lower left corner of the frame. Apply a drop shadow effect to the ribbon using the same settings as used in Step 2. Restore the Embellie17 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the cat by 70%. Position the cat on the bottom right corner of the frame (see header tag). Apply a drop shadow effect to the cat using the same settings as used in Step 2. 6. Restore the Embellie01 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the Embelli01 by 50% two (2) times and by 85% one (1) time. Position the round embellie at the top right corner of the dotted paper that is inside the frame (see header tag). Apply a drop shadow effect to the embellie using the same settings as before. Layers/Duplicate. Image/Mirror. Duplicate (Layers/Duplicate) the embellie four (4) more times. Resize two of the duplicated embellies by 85%. Place them under the first embellies on each side of the frame as shown on header tag. Resize the last two embellies by 90%. Position them at the bottom of the paper on each side of the frame. 7. Activate the white background layer. Layers/New Raster Layer. Apply some brush effects of choice to your tag. Write the word "Bohemian" or text of choice using the Paper04 for the stroke/foreground pattern and the Paper02 for the fill/background pattern. Rotate the text by 90 degrees to the left and position on the left side of the frame (as shown in header tag). Apply a drop shadow effect to the text. I used the font Noir-et-Blanc for my text. 8. I used the font Studio Lettering Swing for my name. I used the Paper02 for the text stroke and the Paper07 for the text fill. Apply your copyright to your tag and go to Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten). Crop away any excess white space that is around your tag. Resize your tag if needed and save in desired format.
