This tutorial was created on June 27, 2010 and is the property of It's Me Again Tuts by Bonnie.  Please do not remove this tutorial from my website to add to another website unless you have permission from me to do so.  This tutorial was created using Psp vs 8 but I see no reason why it cannot be created using other versions of Psp.  This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of Psp.

Okay, let's get started on our tag!

1.  Open your supplies in Psp and minimize all but the CamoFrame5 to your Psp workspace.  Shift+D to make a duplicate of the frame.  Close out the original frame so that you will have it for future use.  Resize the frame by 85%.  Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used.  Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow using the settings shown below.

Vertical 2; Horizontal 1; Opacity 60; Blur 5; Color Black

2.  Activate the Magic Wand tool and click in the center of the frame to select.  Selections/Modify/Expand by 10 pixels.  Restore the CamoPaper15 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Selection/Invert.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard.  Selections/Select None.  Drag the paper layer under the frame layer.  Make the frame layer the active layer.

3.  Restore the main tube that you will be using on your tag - Edit/Copy.  Back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize your tube if needed.  Position the tube as desired or as shown in header tag.  Apply a drop shadow to the tube using the same settings as used in Step 1 EXCEPT change the blur to 10.  Restore the Bow2 - Edit/Copy.  Back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the bow by 50%.  Position the bow on the top right corner of the frame.  Apply a drop shadow to the bow using the same settings as used in Step 1.

4.  Restore the Sunflower2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the sunflower by 50%  one (1) time and by 75% one (1) time.  Position the sunflower on the top left corner of the frame.  Apply same drop shadow effect as Step 1.  Restore the WordArt3; activate the Selection tool (rectangle, feather 0) and draw a selection around the Camo Girl word art.  Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the word art by 50% one (1) time and by 75% one (1) time.  Position the word art on the background of your frame (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the word art using the same settings as in Step 1.

5.  Restore the Ribbon3 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the ribbon by 60%.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the ribbon using the same settings as Step 1.  Position the ribbon on the left side of the frame.  Drag the ribbon layer under the sunflower tube (see header tag).  Restore the HeartPendantTag2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the heart pendant by 50%.  Position the heart on the right side of the frame.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the heart using the same settings as Step 1.  Drag the heart layer under the ribbon layer

6.  Restore the Frame2 (star frame) - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the frame by 85%.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the frame using the same settings as used in Step 1.  Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom.  Restore the Tag1 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Position the tag at the bottom of the tag (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow to the tag using the same settings as used in Step 1.

7.  Restore the Envelope1 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the envelope by 50% one (1) time and by 65% one (1) time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the envelope using the same settings as used in Step 1.  Image/Rotate.  Rotate the envelope by 15 degrees to the right.  Position the envelope on the bottom left corner of the frame.  Apply some text to the letter if desired.

8.  Layers/New Raster Layer.  Flood fill the layer with the color #FFFFFF.  Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom.  Restore the Paper11 - Edit/Copy.  Back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image.  Select the WSL_Mask362 from the drop box under the Source window.  Source luminance is checked; Invert mask data is NOT checked.  Layers/Merge/Merge Group.  Lower the opacity of the mask layer to 58.

9.  Add your name or some text to your tag.  I used the font Battlelines for my text using the Paper1 for the text fill and the Paper6 for the text stroke.  Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).  Crop away any excess white space around your tag.  Resize your tag if needed and save in desired format.
