This tutorial was created using Psp vs 9, but I see no reason why it cannot be created using other versions of Psp. This tutorial assumes that you have a working knowledge of Psp.

Okay, let's get started on our tag! 1. Open your supplies in Psp and minimize to your Psp workspace for now. Create a new image 800w x 700h transparent background. Set your foreground/stroke color to #5F2E0C and the background/fill color to #D09255. Flood fill the new image with your foreground color. Layers/New Raster Layer. Flood fill the new layer with your background color. Effects/Filter Effects/Penta/Dot and Cross using the default settings. Amount 72; Cross distance 10; Cross width 2
2. Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image. Select the AditasCreations_Mask17 from the drop box under the Source window. Source luminance is checked. Invert mask data is NOT checked. Layers/Merge/Merge Group. Do NOT merge visible at this time.
3. Activate the bottom layer of your tag (dark brown layer). Selections/Select All. Layers/New Raster Layer. Restore the calquistube1069 - Edit/Copy. Back to the tag image - Edit/Paste Into Selection. Selections/Select None. Move the tube up a little towards the top of your canvas. Lower the opacity of the tube to 56. Restore the main tube that you will be using for your tag - Edit/Copy. Back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Layers/Arrange/Bring to Top. Resize your tube if needed. Position your tube as shown in header tag. Apply a drop shadow effect to your tube using the settings shown below. Vertical 2; Horizontal 1; Opacity 55; Blur 10; Color Black
4. Restore the Capture The Moment word art - Edit/Copy. Back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the word art by 50% three (3) times and by 70% one (1) time. Position the word art at the top left corner of the tag (see header tag). Change the blend mode of the word art layer to Luminance (L) and lower the opacity to 52. Restore the Tulip Doodle - Edit/Copy. Back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the doodle by 50% two (2) times and by 75% one (1) time. Position the doodle on the left side of your tag (see header tag). Drag the doodle layer below the main tube (female) layer. Change the blend mode of the doodle layer to Soft Light. Layers/Duplicate. Image/Mirror. 5. Type out the words "Lights...Camera...ACTION!" in a font of choice using your background color. Null out the foreground color. I used the font Bootle for my text. Position the words on the top right side of your tag (see header). Change the blend mode of the text to Multiply. Layers/Merge/Merge Visible. Effects/Filter Effects/L'amico Perry/Luce using the default settings EXCEPT change the Light Intensity to 10.
6. Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten) Image/Add Borders. Add a 30 pixel symmetric border using the color #895B32. Layers/Promote Layer to Background. Effects/Filter Effects/I.C.Net/Filters Unlimited2/Photo Aging Kit. Select the Photo Frame 04 and click Apply.
7. Resize your tag by 75%. Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used. Layers/Duplicate. Resize the duplicated tag by 50%. Image/Rotate/Free Rotate. Rotate the duplicated picture by 15 degrees to the left. Apply a drop shadow effect to the duplicated and original tag using the same settings as used in Step 3 EXCEPT change the blur to 6. Position the rotated picture at the bottom left corner of the original picture (see header tag). Restore the camera - Edit/Copy. Back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the camera by 50% one (1) time and by 70% one (1) time. Rotate the camera by 15 degrees to the right. Position the camera at the bottom right corner of the small image. Apply a drop shadow effect to the camera using the same settings as Step 3 EXCEPT change the blur to 4. 8. Layers/New Raster Layer. Flood fill this layer with the color white (#FFFFFF). Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom. Layers/New Raster Layer. Apply some brush effects to your tag if desired. Add your name or some text to your tag, as well as any copyright that is needed. Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten). Crop away any excess white space that is around your tag. Resize if needed and save in desired format.
