Scrap Kit by Crys; Mask by Becky

This tutorial was created on September 27, 2010 and is the property of It's Me Again by Bonnie.  Please do not remove my tutorials from my web site to add to another web site unless you have permission from me to do so.  This tutorial was created using Psp vs. 9, and assumes that you have a working knowledge of Psp.

Okay, let's get started on our tag!

1.  Open your supplies in Psp and minimize to your Psp workspace.  Create a new image 800w x 800h white background.  Activate your Selection Tool (Rounded Rectangle, Feather 0, Anti-alias checked) and draw out a rectangle starting around 55,100 going across and down to 338,675.  Restore the Paper19 -Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Selections/Invert.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard.  Selections/Invert.  Selections/Modify/Contract by 8 pixels.  Restore the Paper18 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Selections/Invert.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard.  Selections/Select None.  Layers/Merge/Merge Down.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the rectangle using the settings shown below.

Vertical 3; Horizontal 0; Opacity 55; Blur 6; Color Black

2.  Layers/Duplicate.  Image/Mirror.  Restore the Rope4 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the rope by 65% one time and 90% one time.  Position the rope near the top of the right rectangle (see header tag)  Draw a selection (Rectangle, Feather 0) around the ragged ends of the rope that extend over on the white border of the rectangle.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard.  Selections/Select None.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the rope.  Restore the Rope3 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the rope by 50% two times.  Center the heart over the Rope4.  Activate the Rope4 layer and erase the part of the rope that shows in the middle of the heart rope.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the Rope3.

3.  Restore the HayBale2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the hay bale by 65%.  Position the hay bale on the bottom right corner of the right rectangle.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the hay bale.  Restore the WagonWheel - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the wheel by 50% one time and 55% one time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the wheel.  Drag the wheel layer under the hay bale layer on your layer palette and position as shown on header tag.

4.  Restore the Sunflower2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.   Image/Mirror.  Resize the sunflower by 60%.  Position the sunflower at the top right side of the right rectangle as shown in header tag.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the sunflower.  Restore the Chicken2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the  chicken by 50% one time and by 75% one time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the chicken.  Position the chicken on top of the hay bale.

5.  Restore the Medi_Jesaka5 tube - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Image/Mirror.  Resize the tube by 85%.  Position the poser tube on the hay bale (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the tube.  Restore the FlowerLine - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the flower line by 50% one time and 90% one time.  Position the flower line at the top of the left rectangle (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the flower line.

6.  Restore the Scatter2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the scatter by 50% one time and 75% one time.  Position the scatter on the left rectangle as shown in header tag.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the scatter.  Change the blend mode of the scatter to Overlay and lower the opacity to 86.  Restore the Medi_Toddie5 - Edit/Copy.  back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Image/Mirror.  Resize by the tube by 80%.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the poser.  Position on the left rectangle as shown in header tag.

7.  Restore the Flower2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the flower by 50% two times and 90% one time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the flower.  Position the flower on the top left corner of the left rectangle.  Restore the Lipstick - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the lipstick by 50% two times and by 65% one time.  Position the lipstick on the right side of the left rectangle as shown in header tag.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the lipstick.

8.  Restore the Dress - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the dress by 50% one time and by 90% one time.  Image/Rotate/Free Rotate.  Rotate the dress by 30 degrees to the left.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the dress.  Position the dress on the right side of the left rectangle under the poser's hand.  Restore the Shoe2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the shoe by 50% one time and 65% one time.  Position the shoe one the bottom right corner of the left rectangle.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the shoe.

9.  Restore the Perfume - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the perfume by 65% three times.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the perfume bottle.  Position the perfume at the bottom of the left rectangle (see header tag).  Restore the WordArt2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the word art by 50% one time and by 80% one time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the word art.  Position at the top of the page over the left rectangle.  Restore the WordArt - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the word art by 50% one time and by 90% one time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the word art.  Position the word art at the top of the right rectangle (see header tag).

10.  Restore the Truck - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the truck by 65%.  Position the truck in front of the haystack.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the truck.  Restore the CowboyHat - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the hat by 50% one time and 85% one time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the hat.  Position the hat on the top left corner of the right rectangle.  Restore the Rope - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the rope by 50% two times.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the rope.  Position the rope on the right corner of the hay bale. 

11.  Restore the Porsche - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Image/Mirror.  Resize the porsche by 50%.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the porsche.  Position the porsche at the bottom left corner of the left rectangle.  Restore the Purse - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the purse by 50% one time and 65% one time.  Rotate the purse by 30 degrees to the right.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the purse.  Position the purse on the left lower side of the left rectangle.

12.  Restore the Sparkles - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the sparkles by 55%.  Position the sparkles on the left side of the left rectangle as shown in header tag.  Drag the sparkle layer below the purse and flower line layers.  Activate the white background layer.  Layers/New Raster Layer.  Flood fill the new layer with the color #7488A0.  Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image.  Select the Becky_Mask-42 or mask of choice from the drop box under the Source window.  Source luminance is checked.  Layers/Merge/Merge Group.  Lower the opacity to 52.  OPTIONAL STEP:  Using a font of choice and colors of choice write the word "MEETS" vertically.  Position the word between the two rectangles.

13.  Add your name and any copyright info needed to your tag.  Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).  Crop away any excess white space that is around your tag.  Resize your tag if needed and save in desired format.
