This tutorial was created on April 7, 2011 and is the property of It's Me Again Tuts by Bonnie.  Please do not claim my tutorials as your own or move my tutorials from my site to another site.  This tutorial was created using Psp vs. 9, but I see no reason why it cannot be created using other versions of Psp.  This tutorial assumes that you have a working knowledge of Psp.

Okay, let's get started on our tag!

1.  Open your supplies in Psp and minimize all but the Imagen67 to your Psp workspace.  Shift+D to make a duplicate of the Imagen67; close out the original as we will be working with the duplicated image.  Image/Resize.  Resize the frame by 65%.  Resize all layers is NOT checked; Bicubic resize type is used.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the frame using the settings shown below.

Vertical 2; Horizontal 1; Opacity 55; Blur 3; Color Black

2.  Image/Rotate/Free Rotate.  Rotate the frame by 20 degrees to the left.  Restore the Imagen71 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the Imagen71 by 65% one time and by 85% one time.  Resize all layers is NOT checked; Bicubic resize type is used.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the Imagen71 changing the blur to 5.  Restore the Imagen63A - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the ribbon by 50% one time and by 75% one time.  Position the ribbon on the top of the frame.  I used the Deform Tool to make the ends of the ribbon even with the sides of the frame.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the ribbon using the same steps as used above in Step 2. 

3.  Restore the Imagen34 - Edit/Cop; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 50% one time and by 60% one time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element.  Position the grass at the left bottom inside of the frame (see header tag).  Layers/Duplicate.  Image/Mirror.  Restore the Imagen35 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 50% one time and by 85% one time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element.  Position the leaf on the bottom left side of the frame.  Layers/Duplicate.  Image/Mirror.

4.  Restore the tube that you will be using for your tag - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize your tube if needed.  Apply a drop shadow effect to your tube changing the blur to 10.  Position your tag as shown in the header tag.  Restore the Imagen9 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 50% three times.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element changing the blur to 5.  Position the flower on the top right corner of the frame.

5.  Restore the Imagen74 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Image/Mirror.  Rotate the butterfly by 25 degrees to the right.  Resize the butterfly by 50% one time and by 65% one time.  Position the butterfly at the bottom left corner of the frame (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the butterfly.  Restore the Baselibre - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 50% two times and by 75% one time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element.  Position the baselibre on the left top side of the rotated frame (see header tag).  Restore the Imagen30 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 50% two times and by 65% one time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element; position the element over the string of the baselibre that is on the left top side of the rotated frame.

6.  Restore the Imagen50 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 50% two times.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element.  Position the element on the bottom right corner of the rotated frame.  Restore the Imagen13 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 50% three times and by 90% one time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element.  Position the element on top of the Imagen13 that is on the bottom right corner of the rotated frame.

7.  Restore the Imagen23 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Position this tube over the flower and right bottom corner of the frame (see header tag).  Go to your Layer Palette and drag this layer below the rotated frame layer.  Lower the opacity of the element23 to 36.  Layers/Duplicate.  Image/Mirror.  Rotate the duplicated element by 35 degrees to the left.  Position as shown in header tag.  Go back to the original element23 layer and go to Layers/Duplicate.  Image/Flip.  Move this layer behind your tube layer.  Change the opacity of this layer to 62.  Restore the Imagen60 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 50% two times and by 75% one time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element.  Position the element at the top left side of the tag (see header tag).

8.  Layers/New Raster Layer.  Flood fill this layer with the color #FFFFFF.  Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom.  Restore the Papel1A - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image.  Select the mask#27 from the drop box under the Source window.  Source luminance is checked.  Layers/Merge/Merge Group.  Change the blend mode of the mask layer to Multiply. 

9.  Add your name and any copyright info that is needed to your tag.  Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).  Crop away any excess white space that is needed around your tag.  Resize your tag if needed and save in desired format.
