Okay, let's get started on our tag!

1.  Open your supplies in Psp and minimize all except for the WTIYU890 Paper to your Psp workspace.  Shift+D to make a duplicate of the paper.  Resize the paper to 765w x 765h.  Layers/Promote Background Layer.  Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image.  Select the Seal_Punked_Mask2 from the drop box under the Source window.  Source Luminance and Invert Mask Data are checked.  Layers/Merge/Merge Group.

2.  Image/Canvas Size.  Change the canvas size of the masked background to 850w x 850h.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the masked background using the settings shown below.

Vertical 2; Horizontal 0; Opacity 55; Blur 6; Color Black

3.  Restore the Tcutkhw element - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 60%.  Position the element on the first gear on the left inside bottom of the mask (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element.  Layers/Duplicate.  Position the duplicated element on the gear that is on the right inside bottom of the mask (see header tag).  Restore the My2nd element - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 50% one time and by 90% one time.  Position the element on the top part of the mask (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element changing the blur to 3.  Change the blend mode of the layer to Multiply and lower the opacity to 70.

4.   Restore the tube that you will be using for your tag.  Edit/Copy - back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize your tube if needed.  Apply a drop shadow effect to your tube; position your tube as shown in header tag.  Restore the My3rd element - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 55%.  Position the element on the gear that sticks out on the right side of the mask.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element.

5.  Restore the 2leifan element - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 55%.  Position on the bottom part of the mask as shown in header tag.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element.  Restore the Tkkjkh element - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 50% two times and 70% one time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element.  Position the element on the right bottom side of the mask so that it is sitting on top of the long bar element.

6.  Restore the 6 element - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 55%.  Image/Mirror.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element.  Position the element on the left side of the mask so that it is sitting on top of the long bar element (see header tag).  Drag this layer below your main tube layer.  Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.  Resize your tag by 90%.  Resize all layers is NOT checked.  Once you have resized your tag, move it up towards the top of the canvas some so that you will have extra room for your text.

7.  Layers/New Raster Layer.  Flood fill the new layer with the color #FFFFFF.  Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom.  Layers/New Raster Layer.  Flood fill this layer with the color #715E25.  Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image.  Select the mask you are using from the drop box under the Source window.  Source luminance is checked.  Layers/Merge/Merge Group.  I lowered the opacity of my mask layer to about 80%.  Add your text and copyright info to your tag.  Once that is done, go to Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).  Crop away any excess white space that is around your tag.  Resize your tag if needed and save in desired format.
