This tutorial was created using Psp vs. 9 but I see no reason why it cannot be created using other versions of Psp. This tutorial assumes that you have a working knowledge of Psp.

NOTE: I cannot find the site where Kandi has her templates. If anyone knows where here site is, please let me know so I can give proper credit.
Okay, let's get started on our tag! 1. Open your supplies in Psp and minimize all but the KandiTD Tempz2 to your Psp workspace. Shift+D to make a duplicate of the template. Close out the original template so that you will have it for future use. Image/Canvas Size. Change the width of the canvas to 900w and the height to 750h.
2. Activate the Small Red Circle layer of the template; Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat. Restore the Paper04 - Edit/Copy; back to the template image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Selections/Invert. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections/Select None. Apply a drop shadow effect to the paper using the settings shown below. Vertical 2; Horizontal 0; Opacity 65; Blur 6; Color Black
3. Follow the same steps for the remaining template layers except change the paper for the layers as shown below: Diamond Border layer - Paper07 (change drop shadow blur to 3) Top Black Rectangle layer - Paper08 Bottom Black Rectangle layer - Paper08 Large Red Circle layer - Paper07 Circle Frame layer - Paper01 Textured Circle layer - Paper03 Polaroid Frame black layer - Paper08 Polaroid Frame white layer - Paper10 Word Art Back layer - Paper05 Kandi Word Art layer - Paper08 Pixel Words and Heart layers - Paper07 4. Restore the AG Embellie02 - Edit/Copy. Go back to the template image and activate the big green circle layer - Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the element by 90%. Position the element on the circle and change the blend mode of the element layer to Screen. Lower the opacity of the element layer to 74. Restore the AG Embellie21 - Edit/Copy; back to the template image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the element by 65%. Rotate the element by 13 degrees to the left. Position the element on the bottom right side of the tag (see header tag). Apply a drop shadow effect to the element using the same settings as used in Step 2 EXCEPT change the blur to 8. 5. Restore the AG Embellie25 - Edit/Copy; back to the template image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the element by 65% one time and by 90% one time. Apply a drop shadow effect to the element. Position the element on the top part of the textured circle layer above the word art (see header tag). Duplicate (Layers/Duplicate) the element25; resize the duplicated heart by 50%. Position the duplicated heart under the word BROKEN as shown in header tag. Duplicate the heart that you just duplicated and resize by 75%. Image/Mirror. Position this heart next to the duplicated heart at the bottom of the textured circle. 6. Restore the AG Embellie12 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image -Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the element by 50% one time and 75% one time. Position the element on the bottom left corner of the frame (see header tag). Apply a drop shadow effect to the element. Layers/Duplicate. Image/Mirror. Position the duplicated ribbon on the right side of the bottom corner of the frame. Rotate the ribbon by about 6 degrees to the right so that the ribbon will be in the same position as the one on the left corner of the frame. Activate the heart layer of the frame and drag this layer over the top of the ribbon layer (see header tag). Duplicate the heart layer and then go to Image/Mirror. 7. Restore the Embellie36 - Edit/Copy; go back to the template image and activate the large green circle layer. Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the element by 65%. Position the ribbon at the top part of the large green circle. Rotate the element by 20 degrees to the left. Apply a drop shadow effect to the element. Restore the AG Embellie33 - Edit/Copy; back to the template image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the element by 75%. Apply a drop shadow effect to the element. Position the element on the top part of the circle frame (see header tag). 8. Restore the tube that you will be using for your tag - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize your tube if needed. Apply a drop shadow effect to your tube. Position your tube on the left side of the template as shown in header tag. Activate the Black Polaroid Frame layer of the template. Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat. Restore your tube once again and go to Image/Mirror. Edit/Copy; back to the tag image - position the part of the tube that you want in the snapshot over the selection. You may need to resize your tube. Selections/Invert. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections/Select None. 9. Layers/New Raster Layer. Flood fill this layer with the color white (#FFFFFF). Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom. X out (hide) the white background layer. Activate one of the other layers of the tag and go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible. Resize the merged tag layer by 95%. Remove the X from the hidden white background layer. Restore the Embellie17 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the element by 90%. Position the element at the top of the tag (see screen shot below) Drag this layer below the tag layer.
10. Duplicate the element17 layer - Image/Flip. Layers/Duplicate. Image/Mirror. Use the Mover Tool to move the mirrored element to the right side of the tag (see header tag). Add your name or some text to your tag; I used the font Dare to Differ using the Paper07 for the text fill and the Paper04 for the text stroke. Add any necessary copyright to your tag. Layers/Merge All Flatten. Crop away any excess white space that may be around your tag. Resize your tag if needed and save in desired format.
