This tutorial was created using Psp vs. 9, but I see no reason why it cannot be created using other versions of Psp. This tutorial assumes that you have a working knowledge of Psp.

Okay, let's get started on our tag! 1. Open your supplies in Psp and minimize all but the Temp76 to your Psp workspace. With the template being the active image, go to Shift+D to make a duplicate of the template. Close out the original template. Image/Canvas Size. Change the width and the height of the canvas to 875.
2. Activate the Raster4 layer of the template. Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat. Restore the Paper1 - Edit/Copy; back to the template and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Selections/Invert. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections/Select None. Apply a drop shadow effect to the Paper1 using the settings shown below. Vertical 2; Horizontal 0; Opacity 55; Blur 6; Black
3. Activate the Copy of Raster4 layer of the template and follow the same steps as used for the Raster4 layer of the template. Activate the Raster3 layer of the template and follow the same steps as used in Step 2 EXCEPT change the paper to Paper10. Activate the Raster7 layer of the template. Follow the same steps as listed in Step 2 EXCEPT change the paper to Paper9. Follow the same steps for the Copy of Raster7 layer of the template. 4. Activate the Copy of Raster5 layer of the template. Follow the same steps as used in Step 2 EXCEPT change the paper to Paper3. Activate the Raster2 layer of the template. Follow the same steps as used in Step 2 EXCEPT change the paper to Paper8. Activate the Raster6 layer of the template. Follow the same steps as used in Step 2 EXCEPT change the paper to Paper1. 5. Activate the Raster5 layer of the template and follow the same steps as used in Step 2 EXCEPT change the paper to Paper3. Restore the Snowman - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the snowman by 75%. Apply a drop shadow effect to the snowman. Position the snowman at the left side of your tag. Restore the Tree2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the tree by 90% and position on the right side of your tag (see header tag). Apply a drop shadow effect to the tree. 6. Restore the Presents - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the presents by 65%. Image/Mirror. Position the presents under the tree (see header tag). Apply a drop shadow effect to the presents. Restore the Mistletoe - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the mistletoe by 65%. Apply a drop shadow effect to the mistletoe. Position the mistletoe on the top tip of the lime green polygon shape (see screen shot below).
7. Restore the MerryChristmas - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the word by 90%. Position the word at the top of the canvas above the tag. Apply a drop shadow effect to the word. Restore the CandyCane - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the candy cane by 50%. Position the candy cane on the left yellow print strip (see screen shot below). Apply a drop shadow effect to the candy cane. Layers/Duplicate. Image/Mirror.
8. Restore the Bells - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize the bells by 65%. Apply a drop shadow effect to the bells. Position the bells in the center of the top blue rectangle. Image/Rotate/Free Rotate. Rotate the bells by 5 degrees to the left. Activate the white background layer of the tag. Layers/New Raster Layer. Apply some brush effect to the tag background if desired. I made some snowflakes for the background using the Paper10 and lowered the opacity to about 28. 9. Restore the tube that you will be using for your tag. Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer. Resize your tube if needed and position as desired on your tag. Apply a drop shadow effect to the tube using the settings shown in Step 2 EXCEPT change the blur to 10. Add your name to your tag...I used the font SnowCaps for my name. Add any copyright that is needed to your tag. Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten). Crop away any excess white space that may be needed to your tag. Resize your tag if necessary and save in desired format.
