Tube of choice.  I'm using a tube by the wonderful artist, Keith Garvey.  Please do not use the same tube in your tutorial if you do not have the appropriate My Psp Tubes artist license.  If you wish to purchase this tube, go to My Psp Tubes.

NOTE:  I resize my scrap papers to size 720 x 720 before using them.

Okay, let's get started on our tag!

1.  Open your supplies in Psp and minimize all but the template 10 to your Psp workspace for now.  With the template being the active image, go to Image/Rotate/Rotate Clockwise 90.  Delete the copyright layer (top layer) of the template.  Activate the Rectangle1 layer of the template and go to Selections/Select All.  Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat.  Restore the girlthing_paper1 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag template and Edit/Paste/Paste Into Selection.  Selections/Select None.  Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow using the settings shown below.

Vertical 2; Horizontal 1; Opacity 85; Blur 5; Color Black

2.  Activate the Rectangle2 layer of the template and go to Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat.  Restore the girlthing_paper8 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag template and Edit/Paste/Paste Into Selection.  Selections/Select None.  Adjust/Brightness and Contrast/Gamma Correction using the settings shown below.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the paper8 using the same settings as used in Step 1.

Gamma Correction - Red/Green/Blue 0.80

3.  Activate the Dot Circles layer of the template and go to Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat.  Restore the girlthing_paper6 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Selections/Invert.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard.  Selections/Select None.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the paper6 layer using the settings shown below.

Vertical 1; Horizontal 1; Opacity 85; Blur 2; Color Black

4.  Activate the Circle layer of the template and to to Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat.  Restore the girlthing_paper4 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag template and Edit/Paste/Paste as New Layer.  Selections/Invert.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard.  Selections/Select None.  Apply a drop shadow effect to this layer using the same settings as used in Step 1.  Activate the Stitches layer of the template and go to Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat.  Restore the girlthing_paper6 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag template and Edit/Paste/Paste Into Selection.  Selections/Select None.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the stitches using the same settings as used in Step 3.

5.  Restore the tube that you will be using for your tag; Edit/Copy; back to your tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Resize your tube if needed.  Position the tube as shown in header tag.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the tube using the same settings as used in Step 1 EXCEPT change the blur to 8. 

6.  Restore the girlthing_element9 (pink bow) and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Image/Resize.  Resize the bow to desired size; resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used.  Adjust/Brightness and Contrast/Gamma Correction using the settings shown below.

Red/Green/Blue 0.66

Position the bow on the right side of the big circle as shown in the header tag.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the bow using the same settings as used in Step 1.

7.  Restore the girlthing_element4 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Resize to desired size.  Image/Rotate/Free Rotate.  Rotate the butterfly by 20 degrees to the left.  Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the butterfly using the same settings as used in Step 1.

8.  Position the butterfly element at the top right corner of your tag (see header tag).  Layers/Duplicate.  Image/Mirror.  Resize the duplicated butterfly by 85%; resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used.  Position the duplicated butterfly at the bottom left corner of your tag (see header tag).

9.  Restore the girlthing_element15 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Image/Resize.  Resize the element15 to desired size and apply a drop shadow effect using the same settings as used in Step 1.  Position the element15 as shown in header tag.  Restore the girlthing_element2 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element2 to desired size and apply a drop shadow effect using the same settings as used in Step 1.  Position the element 2 on top of the element 15 as shown in header tag.

10.  Restore the girlthing_element17 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Image/Resize.  Resize the element17 so that it fit between the stitches on each side of the circle layer (see header tag).  Resize all layers is not checked; bicubic resize type is used.  Adjust/Brightness and Contrast/Gamma Correction using the same settings as used in Step 6.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element using the same settings as used in Step 3.  Layers/Duplicate.  Image/Flip.  The duplicated element17 layer should automatically flip right under the top element (see header tag).

11.  Restore the element8 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Resize to desired size; resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used.  Apply the same drop shadow effect as used in Step 1.  Drag the element 8 layer below the two element17 layers.  Apply some brush effects to your template if desired.

12.  For the text on my tag (my name), I used the font Lushus using the settings shown below.

Size 52; Stroke width 2; Vector; Anti-alias

For the stroke color, I used the paper6.  For the font fill, I used the paper1.  Layers/Convert to Raster Layer.  Apply a drop shadow effect to your text and position as desired on your tag.  Apply the copyright info or your watermark  to your tag and go to Layers/Merge/Merge all (flatten).  Crop away any excess white space around your tag.  Resize if needed and save in desired format.
