Scrap kit by Ditz Bitz; Template by Scrapity Scrap; Tube by Sanie

This tutorial was created on August 15, 2011 and is the property of It's Me Again by Bonnie.  This tutorial was created using Psp vs. 9, but I see no reason why it cannot be created using other versions of Psp.  This tutorial assumes that you have a working knowledge of Psp.

Be sure to check out Ditz Bitz's website as she has some really great steampunk stuff on it.  This tutorial was created using her Gothic Meets Steampunk PTU scrap kit.  I loved working with this scrap kit; so many fantastic elements to work with.
