This tutorial was created on February 26, 2011 and is the property of It's Me Again Tuts by Bonnie.  Please do not remove my tutorials from my website to add to another website unless you have permission from me to do so.  This tutorial was created using Psp vs. 9, but I see no reason why it cannot be created using other versions of Psp.  This tutorial assumes that you have a working knowledge of Psp.

Okay, let's get started on our tag!

1.  Open your supplies in Psp and minimize all except for the Frame6 to your Psp workspace.  Shift+D to make a duplicate of the Frame6; close out the original frame as we will be using the duplicated frame.  Image/Canvas Size.  Change the width of your canvas to 800w and the height of your canvas to 800h.

2.  Restore the tube that you will be using on your tag - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Position your tube on the frame as shown in header tag or in desired position.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the tube using the settings shown below.

Vertical 2; Horizontal 0; Opacity 60; Blur 8; Color Black

3.  Restore the Balloons1 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Position the balloons on the top left corner of the frame.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the balloons changing the blur to 5.  Restore the IrishPot - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the pot by 50%.  Position the pot on the bottom left corner of the frame.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the pot.

4.  Restore the Hat - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the hat by 65%.  Position the hat on the bottom right corner of the frame.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the hat.  Restore the Pendant - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the pendant by 85%.  Position the pendant on the top right corner of the frame.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the pendant.  Restore the Knot1 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the knot by 90%.  Position the knot on top of the pendant on the top right corner of the frame.  Apply drop shadow effect to the knot.

5.  Restore the WordArt2 - Activate the Selection Tool (rectangle, feather 0) and draw a selection around the Lucky Irish word art.  Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the word art by 75%.  Position the word art at the top of the canvas above your tag (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the word art.  Restore the Rainbow - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Image/Mirror.  Resize the rainbow by 65% one time and by 75% one time.  Position the rainbow on the top right side of the tag (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the rainbow.

6.  Restore the Butterfly2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the butterfly by 75%.  Apply a drop shadow to the butterfly.  Position the butterfly under the Lucky Irish word art (see header tag).  Layers/New Raster Layer.  Flood fill this layer with the color #FFFFFF.  Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom.  Layers/New Raster Layer.  Flood fill this layer with the color #8BBA7B.  Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image.  Select the BeckyMask042 or desired mask from the drop box under the Source window.  Source luminance is checked; Invert mask data is not checked. 

7.  Layers/Merge/Merge Group.  Add any necessary copyright to your tag.  Add your name to your tag using the font Orange Fizz.  Once your tag is like you want it, then go to Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).  Crop away any excess white space that may be around your tag.  Resize your tag if needed and save in desired format.
