Okay, let's get started on our tag!

1.  Open your supplies in Psp and minimize all but the Paper7 to your Psp workspace.  Shift+D to make a copy of the Paper7; close out the original paper as we will be working with the duplicated paper.  Layers/Promote Background to Layer.  Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image.  Select the Creative Desires Mask11 from the drop box under the Source window.  Source luminance is checked; Invert mask data is not checked.  Layers/Merge/Merge Group.

2.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the masked paper using the settings shown below.

Vertical 2; Horizontal 0; Opacity 55; Blur 4; Color Black

3.  Image/Canvas Size.  Change the width of the canvas to 800 and the height of the canvas to 850.

4.  Restore the W2 element and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 85%.  Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used.  Position the W2 element on the left top corner of the paper.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element changing the blur to 6.  Layers/Duplicate.  Image/Mirror.  Image/Flip.  Restore the BU1 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the bulb by 50%.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the bulb changing the blur to 6.  Position the bulb on the top right corner of the paper.

5.  Restore the PB3 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the PB3 as needed and position over the string part of the bulb (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the bow.  Restore the T1 element  (tree) - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Position the tree in the center of the tag background (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the tree. 

6.  Restore the tube that you will be using for your tag - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Position your tube as desired on your tag and apply a drop shadow effect changing the blur to 10.  Restore the SN3 element (snowman) - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.   Resize the snowman by 75% and position on the bottom left corner of the tag.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the snowman.

7.  Restore the Jenn Digital Word Art - Shift+D to make a copy of the word art; close out the original word art as we will be working with the copy.  Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat.  Restore the Paper6 - Edit/Copy; back to the selected word art and Edit/Paste Into Selection.  Selections/Select None.  With the word art being the active image, go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the word art so that it fits in the top left corner of the tag (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the word art.

8.  Restore the FL2 element - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize to desired size and position on the bottom left corner of the tag.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element.  Hide (X out) the white background layer and merge visible all other layers.   Remove the X from the white background layer.  Resize the merged tag layer by 90%. 

9.  Activate the white background layer and go to Layers/New Raster Layer.  Flood fill this layer with the color #A8BFC2.  Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image.  Select the Vix_Mask434 from the drop box under the Source window.  Source luminance is checked; Invert mask data is not checked.  Layers/Merge/Merge Group.  I resized my mask layer by 95%; optional step.  Lower the opacity of the mask to 65.  Add  your text and any copyright info that is needed for your tag.  Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).  Crop away any excess white space that may be around your tag.  Resize your tag if needed and save in desired format.
