This tutorial was created on February 18, 2011 and is the property of It's Me Again Tuts by Bonnie.  Please do not remove my tutorials from my website to add to another website unless you have permission from me to do so.  This tutorial was created using Psp vs. 9, but i see no reason why it cannot be created using other versions of Psp.  This tutorial assumes that you have a working knowledge of Psp.

A big thank you to Svetlana Makarova for allowing the group She-wolfs_Domain2_Lightside to use her lovely work for our creations.

Okay, let's get started on our tag!

1.  Open your supplies in Psp and minimize to your Psp workspace for now.  Create a new image 700w x750h white background.  Set your foreground color box to Pattern and select the P2 paper.  Set the Angle to 0 and the Scale to 75.  Activate the Preset shape Tool and select the rounded rectangle shape; Line Style Solid; Width 20; Create As Vector.

2.  Draw out a frame shape on your new image.  Make it about a medium/large size frame, leaving enough room on your image to add your elements and your text.  I made my frame about 500w x 600h.  Objects/Align/Center in Canvas.  Layers/Convert to Raster Layer.  Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel using the settings shown below.

Vertical 2; Horizontal 0; Opacity 55; Blur 6; Color Black

4.  Activate the Magic Wand Tool and click inside of your frame to select.  Selections/Modify/Expand by 10 pixels.  Layers/New Raster Layer.  Flood fill the new layer with the color white (#FFFFFF).  Drag this layer underneath the frame layer.  Do NOT deselect.  Restore the P4 paper - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Selections/Invert.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard.  Selections/Select None.  Lower the opacity of the paper to 36.  Make sure the paper layer is beneath your frame layer.

5.  Restore the tube that you will be using for your tag - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize your tube if needed.  Position your tube in the frame as shown in header tag.  Apply a drop shadow effect to your tube changing the blur to 10.  Restore the G3 element - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 60%.  Position the flower on the top right corner of the frame.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element.

6.  Restore the B5 element - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 50%.  Position the element on the top left corner of the frame.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element.  Restore the Fl2 element - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Position the flower on the right long side of the frame as shown in header tag.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element.  Restore the FB5 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element  by 50% one time and by 85% one time.  Position the element on the bottom right corner of the frame.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the flower.

7.  Restore the PF2 element - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 50% one time and by 85% one time.  Position the flower on the bottom left corner of the frame.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the flower.  Restore the Bee1 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the bee by 50% two times and by 75% one time.  Rotate the bee by 20 degrees to the left.  Position the bee on the right side of the frame next to the leaves on the tall flower.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the bee.

8.  Restore the But2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the butterfly by 50% two times and by 90% one time.  Position the butterfly in the frame next to the flower on the bottom left corner of the frame (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the butterfly.  Duplicate the butterfly layer (Layers/Duplicate) and resize the duplicated butterfly by 80%.  Image/Mirror.  Position the duplicated butterfly above the top middle part of the frame.

9.  Activate the white background layer.  Layers/New Raster Layer.  Flood fill the new layer with the color #F7A039.  Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image.  Select the Mask1 by Angel from the drop box under the Source window.  Source luminance is checked; Invert mask data is not checked.  Layers/Merge/Merge Group.  Lower the opacity of the mask layer to 32.

10.  Add your name and any copyright info that is needed to your tag.  I used the font Weehah for my name.  Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).  Crop away any excess white space that may be around your tag.  Resize your tag if needed and save in desired format.
