This tutorial was created using Psp version 8 , but I see no reason why it cannot be created using other versions of Psp.

~ For this tutorial you will need the following ~ Paint Shop Pro (trial version) Morning Glory Scrap kit here (the mask used in this tut is included in the scrap kit) Tube and font of choice Okay, let's get started on our tag! 1. Open your supplies from the Morning Glory scrap kit in Psp and minimize to your Psp workspace for now. The mask that you will be using for this tag is included in the scrap kit. Restore the MorningGloryPaper2 and go to Shift+D to make a duplicate of the paper. Close out the original paper so that you will have it for future use. Working on the duplicated paper, go to Image/Resize. Under the Pixel Dimensions section, change from percent to pixels. Change the width and height to 750. Resample using Bicubic; remove the check mark from Lock Aspect Ratio (see screen shot below).
2. Layers/Promote Background to Layer. Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image. Select the SLMorningGloryMask from the drop box under the Source window. Source luminance is checked; Invert mask data is NOT checked.
3. Layers/Merge/Merge Group. Layers/Duplicate. Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten). Image/Canvas Size. Change the width to 800w and the height to 850h. Click on the middle arrow in the middle row of arrows under Placement.
4. Restore the MGSabreFrame1 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Image/Resize. Resize the frame by 85%. Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used. Bring the frame up a little so that it is positioned as shown in the screen shot below. Lower the opacity of the frame layer to 75. Effects/3D Effects Drop Shadow. Apply a drop shadow effect to the frame using the settings shown below (forgot to make a screen shot for this, sorry). Vertical 3; Horizontal 0; Opacity 60; Blur 4; Color Black
5. Restore the tube that you will be using for your tag and go to Edit/copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Resize your tube if needed and position as shown in header tag. Effects/3D Effects Drop Shadow using the settings shown below. Vertical 3; Horizontal 0; Opacity 60; Blur 8; Color Black
6. Restore the MGRibbon4Sabre and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Image/Resize. Resize the ribbon4 by 85%. Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used. Position the ribbon element on the left side of your tag as shown in the header tag. Apply the same drop shadow effect as used in Step 5. Restore the MGRibbon1 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Image/Resize. Resize the ribbon by 50% one (1) time and by 55% (1) time. Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used. Position the ribbon under the tube that you are using for your tag (see header tag). Apply the same drop shadow effect as used in Step 4. 7. Restore the MGFlowerToSA and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Image/Rotate/Free Rotate. Rotate the flower by 90 degrees to the right. Image/Resize. Resize the flower element so that it fits over the ribbon that is under your tube (see header tag). Apply a drop shadow effect to the flower element using the same settings as used in Step 4.
8. Restore the MGButterSabre and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Apply a drop shadow effect to the butterfly using the same settings as used in Step 4. Image/Resize. Resize the butterfly by 50% one (1) time and by 65% one (1) time. Position the butterfly on the lower right side of your tag (see header tag). Add your copyright info to your tag, and go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible. Time to add your name to your tag. I used the Paper2 for my text fill and the color #9D80A9 for the text stroke. For the font, I used ReneLouis. Once you have typed your name, position it on your tag and add a drop shadow effect of choice. Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten). Crop away any excess white space that is around your tag. Resize your tag if needed, and save in desired format.
