Mask by Aditas Creations; Tubes by Hebe
This tutorial was created on July 29, 2010 and is the creation of It's Me Again Tutorials by Bonnie. Please do not remove this tutorial from my website to add to another site unless you have permission from me to do so. This tutorial was created using Psp vs. 9, but I see no reason why it cannot be created using other versions of Psp. This tutorial assumes that you have a working knowledge of Psp.
