This tutorial was created using Psp vs 8 but I see no reason why it cannot be created using other versions of Psp.

~ FOR THIS TUTORIAL YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING ~ Paint Shop Pro here (trial version) Seachell's Blue Mini Kit here (towards bottom of page) Tube and brushes of choice Stereofidelic font here Okay, let's get started on our tag! 1. Open your supplies in Psp and minimize all but the Paper7 to your Psp workspace. Shift+D to make a duplicate of the Paper7; close out the original paper so that you will have it for future use. Layers/Promote Background to Layer. Activate the Selection tool (Rounded rectangle, Feather 0, Anti-alias checked) and draw a selection starting from about 200,100 over to 550,100 and down to 700 pixels. Selections/Invert. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections/Invert. Selections/Modify/Set Selection Borders using the settings shown below. Both sides checked; Anti-alias checked; Border width 2
2. Flood fill the border with the color #267FAB. Selections/Select None. Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow using the settings shown below. Vertical 2; Horizontal 0; Opacity 65; Blur 6
3. Using the Selection tool with the same settings draw a small tab selection on the top right side of your tag (see header tag). I made made my tab about 60 pixels wide and 20 pixels high. Restore the Paper4 and resize it by 75%. Resize all layers is checked; bicubic resize type is used. Edit/Copy; you can close out the Paper4 now. Back to your tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Position the Paper4 over the tab selection and go to Selections/Invert. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections/Select None. (OPTIONAL - I used Xenofex Distress on my tab). Apply a drop shadow effect to the tab using the same settings as used in Step 2 EXCEPT change the blur to 4. Layers/Duplicate. Image/Flip. 4. Using the Selection tool, change the Selection type to Circle; all other settings remain the same. draw out a small to medium size circle (see header tag for example). Restore the Paper5 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Selections/Invert. Hit the delete key. Selections/Invert. Selections/Modify/Select Selection Borders using the same settings as used in Step 1 EXCEPT fill the border selection with the color #000000. Selections/Select None. Apply a drop shadow effect to the circle using the same settings as used in Step 2 EXCEPT change the vertical setting to -2. Layers/Arrange/Move Down. Position the circle as shown in the screen shot below.
5. Layers/New Raster Layer. Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom. Flood fill the layer with the color #FFFFFF. Restore the Element13 (blue button) and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Layers/Arrange/Bring to Top. Image/Resize. Resize the button by 50% two (2) times. Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used. Position the button in the center of the top tab. Apply a drop shadow effect using the same settings as used in Step 2. Layers/Duplicate. Image/Flip. 6. Restore the Element7 (blue hanger) and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Resize the element7 by 50% one (1) time and by 65% one (1) time. Apply a drop shadow effect using the same settings as used in Step 2. Drag the hanger layer under the rounded rectangle layer and position as shown in header tag. Layers/Duplicate. Image/Flip. 7. Restore the Element20 (blue ribbon) and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Resize the ribbon by 65% and position in the center of the circle as shown in header tag. Drag the ribbon layer below the rounded rectangle layer. Using the Selection tool, draw a selection around the part of the ribbon that is sticking out on the right side of your tag. Hit the delete button on your keyboard. Selections/Select None. Apply a drop shadow effect to the ribbon using the same settings as used in Step 2. 8. Restore the Element16 (black flower) and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Resize the flower by 65% one (1) time and by 50% one (1) time. Position the flower on top of the ribbon that is on the circle (see header tag). Apply a drop shadow using the same settings as used in Step 2. Restore the tube that you will be using on your tag. Edit/Copy; Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Resize your tube if needed, and position as shown in header tag. Apply a drop shadow effect to your tube using the same settings as used in Step 2 EXCEPT change the blur to 10. 9. Change the background/fill color to Pattern and select the Paper8 as your current pattern (Angle 0; Scale 100). Set the foreground/stroke color to #000000. Activate the Text tool and select the Stereofidelic font, Size 72, Vector, Anti-alias, Stroke width 1. Type the words "So Blue For You" and click on Apply. Layers/Convert to Raster Layer. Apply a drop shadow of choice to your text. Image/Rotate/Free Rotate. Rotate the text by 90 degrees to the right. Position the text on the right side of your tag between the two tabs (see header tag).
10. Apply brush effects to your tag if desired. Add your name or watermark and any copyright info to your tag. Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten). Crop away any excess white space that is around your tag. Resize your tag if needed and save in desired format.
