Scrap Kit by Crys; Mask by Chichi; Template by Blissfully Beth

This tutorial was created on September 3, 2010 and is the property of It's Me Again Tuts by Bonnie.  Please do not remove my tutorials from my site to upload to another site unless you have permission from me to do so.  This tutorial was created using Psp 9, but I see no reason why it cannot be created using other versions of Psp.  This tutorial assumes that you have a working knowledge of Psp.

Okay, let's get started on our tag!

1.  Open your supplies in Psp and minimize all but the Template 179 to your Psp workspace.  Image/Canvas Size.  Change the width and the height of the template canvas to 750W x750h.

2.  Delete the copyright layer of the template.  Activate the Raster1 layer of the template and flood fill with the color white (FFFFFF).  *Activate the Black2 layer of the template - Selections/Select All; Selections/Float/ Selections/Defloat.  Restore the Paper9 - Edit/Copy; back to the template image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Selections/Invert.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard.  Selections/Select None.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the paper using the settings shown below.*

Vertical 2; Horizontal 0; Opacity 55; Blur 6; Color Black

3.  Follow the same steps as listed in Step 2 between the *'s for the remaining layers of the template using the papers shown below.

GRAY3 LAYER - Paper14; GRAY2 LAYER- Paper6; PINK STRIPE LAYER - Paper15 (rotate the paper by 90 degrees clockwise); GRAY1 LAYER - Paper19; BLACK LAYER - Paper2; WHITE CIRCLE LAYER (top right circle) - Paper11; WHITE CIRCLE LAYER (Right Bottom circle) - Paper3; WHITE CIRCLE LAYER (left bottom circle) - Paper11;  CIRCLE FRAME LAYER (top right) - Paper3; CIRCLE FRAME LAYER (bottom left) - Paper3; CIRCLE FRAME LAYER (bottom right) - Paper11

4.  I deleted the Pink Poison word art layer of the template, up to you if you want to use it or not.  Restore the Poser06 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Position the poser as shown in header tag.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the poser changing the blur to 9.  Restore the Branch3 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Position the branch on the left side of the template as shown in the screenshot below.  Layers/Arrange/Move Down.  Draw a selection around the part of the branch that sticks out on the other side of the poser's head.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the branch.  Layers/Duplicate.  Image/Mirror.

5.  Restore the Bow4 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the bow by 75% two (2) times.  Position the bow on the left corner of the black striped layer.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the bow.  Layers/Duplicate.  Image/Mirror.  Activate the top circle layer of your tag.  Restore the Clock3 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the clock by 80%.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the clock.  Position the clock as shown in header tag.

6.  Restore the Ribbon2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the ribbon by 50% one (1) time and by 85% one (1) time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the ribbon.  Position the ribbon on the lower left circle of your tag (see header tag).  Restore the WordArt - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the word art by 50%.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the word art.  Position the word art on the top right circle of your tag (see header tag).

7.  Set your background color to #F8DAE8; null out the foreground/stroke color.  Using a font of choice, type out the words "Uptown Girl living in an Uptown world".  Position the wording on the bottom right circle of your tag (see header tag).  Restore the DiamondAccent3 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the accent by 65% two (2) times and 70% one (1) time.  Position the accent at the top of the bottom right circle (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow to the accent.

8.  Restore the HighHeels2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the shoe by 50% one (1) time and by 75% one (1) time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the shoe.  Position the shoe in front of the right bottom circle.  Restore the CellPhone - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the phone by 50% two (2) times and 85% one (1) time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the cell phone.  Image/Rotate/Free Rotate.  Rotate the phone by 20 degrees to the right.  Position the phone on the right side of the bottom right circle (see header tag).

9.  Restore the Car - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the car by 50% one (1) time and by 65% one (1) time.  Image/Mirror.  Position the car on the top of the bottom right circle of your tag.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the car.  Activate the white background layer of your tag.  Layers/New Raster Layer.  Flood fill the new layer with the color #676768.  Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image.  Select the Chichi Mask from the drop box under the Source window.  Layers/Merge/Merge Group.  Resize the mask layer by 90%.

10.  Add your name and any copyright info that is needed to your tag.  For my name, I used the font Lushus.  I used the Paper14 for the text fill and the Paper2 for the text stroke.  Position your text on your tag and apply a drop shadow effect to the text.  Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).  Crop away any excess white space that may be around your tag.  Resize your tag if needed and save in desired format.
