Okay, let's get started on our tag!

1.  Open your supplies in Psp and minimize all but the Template5 to your Psp workspace.  Delete the copyright layer from the template.  Image/Canvas Size.  Change the template canvas size to 750w x 750h.

2.  Activate the Raster 1 layer of the template.  Flood fill the layer with the color #FFFFFF (white).  *Activate the Raster 2 layer of the template and go to Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat.  Restore the Paper11 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Selections/Invert.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard.  Selections/Select None.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the Paper 11 using the settings shown below.*

Vertical 2; Horizontal 0; Opacity 55; Blur 6; Color Black

3.  Follow the same steps as listed in Step 2 between the *'s for the remaining layers of the template EXCEPT change the papers to the one listed below.

RASTER 3 LAYER - Paper1; RASTER 4 LAYER - Paper17; RASTER 5 LAYER - Paper2; RASTER 6 LAYER - Paper6; RASTER 7 LAYER - Paper12; RASTER 8 LAYER - Paper13

4.  Restore the Clock element - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the clock by 50% one (1) time and 90% one (1) time.  Position the clock in the center of the circle at the bottom of the template.  Change the blend mode of the clock layer to Luminance (L) and lower the opacity to 48.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the clock.  Activate the large rotated rectangle layer of the template.  Restore the Leaves element - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the leaves by 75%.  Position the leaves on the left side of the large rectangle (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the leaves.  Layers/Duplicate.  Using the Move Tool, position the duplicated leaves to the right side of the rectangle (see header tag).

5.  Restore the Medi_Constance1 tube - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Image/Mirror.  Position the tube on the right side of the template (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the tube changing the blur to 9.  Restore the Hat element - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the hat by 50% one (1) time and 65% one (1) time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the hat.  Position the hat on the bottom left side of the template next to the clock (see header tag).

6.  Restore the Bow2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the bow by 50% one (1) time and 55% one (1) time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the bow.  Position the bow on the left corner of the long strip.  Layers/Duplicate.  Image/Mirror.  Restore the Vintage Heart Coin2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the coin by 50% four (4) times.  Position the coin on top of the bow on the left side of the tag.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the coin.  Layers/Duplicate.  Image/Mirror.

7.  Restore the Boot2 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the boots by 50% one (1) time and 75% one (1) time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the boots.  Position the boots in front of the circle with the clock on it.  Restore the Umbrella element - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the umbrella by 65%.  Drag the umbrella layer under the poser layer.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the umbrella.  Position the umbrella as shown in header tag.

8.  Restore the Luggage Key element.  Draw a selection around the key that you wish to use.  Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the key by 65% two (2) times.  Rotate the key by 20 degrees to the left.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the key.  Position the key on the bottom left corner of the dark brown paper.  Restore the Ribbon04 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Image/Rotate/Free Rotate.  Rotate the ribbon by 90 degrees to the right.  Resize the ribbon by 65% one (1) time and by 85% one (1) time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the ribbon.  Position the ribbon on the top right corner of the dark brown paper.

9.  Restore the Paper Butterflies Scatter.  Draw a selection around the butterfly (butterflies) that you wish to use on your tag.  Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Position the butterflies as desired around the ivy that is on the large rotated rectangle.  Rotate and resize your butterflies as desired.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the butterflies.

10.  Activate the white background layer of your tag.  Layers/New Raster Layer.  Flood fill the new layer with the color #A0977A.  Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image.  Select the DBV Mask 119 from the drop box under the Source window.  Layers/Merge/Merge Group.  Resize the mask layer by 90%.  Lower the opacity of the mask layer to 52. 

11.  Add your text and any copyright info that is needed on your tag.  Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).  Crop away any excess white space that is around your tag.  Resize your tag if needed and save in desired format.
