Okay, let's get started on our tag!

1.  Open your supplies in Psp and minimize to your Psp workspace.  Create a new image 700w x 850h white background.  Restore the Element10 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Move the element up towards the top of the image some.  Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize using the settings shown below.

2.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the Element10 using the settings shown below.

Vertical 5; Horizontal 0; Opacity 55; Blur 7; Color Black

NOTE:  I drew a selection around the inside edges of the white part of the element (rectangle, feather 10) and then went to Selections/Invert.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard.  Selections/Select None.  This gives the edges a softer look.

3.  Restore the Element9 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 80%.  Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used.  Position the Element9 over the Element10 as shown in the screen shot below.

4.  Restore the Element7 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the element by 75% two times.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the element.  Position the element on the right side of the tag as shown in screen shot below.  Layers/Duplicate.  Image/Mirror.  Layers/New Raster Layer.  Set your foreground color to  #000000.  Apply a brush effect to the top part of the tag using the Morbella Gothic Brush2_33.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the brush.

5.  Restore the tube that you will be using for your tag - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Apply a drop shadow effect to your tube EXCEPT change the blur to 10.  Position your tube as shown in header tag.  Restore the Element4 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the spider by 55%.  Position the spider on the top left corner of the tag at the end of the barb wire brush effect.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the spider.  Restore the Element17 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Image/Mirror.  Resize the bat by 50% one time and by 75% one time.  Position the bat at the top right corner of the tag at the end of the barb wire brush effect.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the bat.

6.  Restore the Element5 - Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the skulls by 50% one time and by 85% one time.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the skulls.  Position the skulls tube at the bottom of your tag next to your main tube or as desired.  Layers/New Raster Layer.  The foreground color is still set to #000000.  Apply the Morbella_Morbid Word Art2 brush as shown in the header tag.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the word art.

7.  Apply your text, watermark, or copyright info to your tag.  Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).  Crop away any excess white space that my be around your tag.  Resize your tag if needed and save in desired format.
